Walking distance to the right of the property is an exclusive golf club and spa. Directly across the street is the majestic Caribbean Sea and one of the world's most attractive white-sand beaches. To the left, guests can trek through a Mayan ruin site, visit an aviary, or explore the exuberant downtown core with its famous 5th Avenue. La Quinta, as it is known by the locals, hosts a plethora of shops displaying the wares of local artisans as well as popular brand name stores, dive centers, tour agencies, restaurants and night clubs.

A clean spacious apartment. Great showers, internet, flushing toilets and well decorated. Only real issue is with the pickle ball court directly adjacent A201.
Otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

The condo building, staff and grounds are immaculate but the unit itself is dated and requires some TLC from the owner. Best part was the patio with nice patio furniture unfortunately inside the fridge needs to be replaced, pots & pans are completely scratched and need to be replaced, kitchen sink was hard to drain. The mattress in the owner's suite is so old it was topped with a cut piece of foam that was dirty and smelled bad. Certainly not the quality expected from the price paid.
