Holiday home for 4 people on the hills of Versilia, in Capezzano above Pietrasanta, with a wonderful sea view up to Livorno.
The house has a large private garden with over 500s qm terraces with a vegetable garden, parking spaces and sea views from every point.
It offers its guests a covered terrace in front of the house with a dining table, several deckchairs, barbecue and a small relaxation area, always with sea view.
It is particularly suitable for those who want to escape from the city and enjoy nature and tranquility, everything is surrounded by greenery and there are no houses nearby.
Your pets are welcome.
The interior of the holiday home is on two floors.
Ground floor: living room with dining table for 6 persons, sofa, TV-SAT, kitchenette with 4 cooking rings, oven, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower.
First floor: Double bedroom with sea view from the window and bedroom with two single beds, sea view, and a door leading to a small terrace connected to the garden.
The windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The decor is simple but offers everything you need.
To reach the house it is necessary to drive through hilly roads.
The following might be to be paid extra: Bed Linen and Towels (initial set), Electricity, Extra Bed, Final Cleaning, Heating, Pets, Refundable Security Deposit in cash.

Sehr schönes Haus in super Lage. Allerdings muss man die steilen Serpentinen mögen die man fahren muss um diesen Super Blick auch genießen zu können.
Wir waren nur zu 2., stelle es mir mit 4 Personen zu eng vor.
Schön wäre ein Wasserkocher. Es dauert ewig bis das Wasser sowohl zum Spülen als auch zum Duschen warm wird.
Dei Betreuung war super, hatten ein Problem mit der SAtelittenanlage, kein Bild nach Regen und Gewitter und obwohl die Besitzerin selber im Urlaub war hat sie für Abhilfe gesorgt.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!!
