The host Daniel is amazing! The house has everything you could imagine. Sunscreen and TONS of beach toys, laundry detergent, you name it. It is the nicest home on the block!! The only negative for us was the queen sized bed was really uncomfortable- to the point I began dreading going to bed each night. The only other recommendation I would offer is to upgrade/replace the cookware in the kitchen. For a family like ours who grocery shops and cooks most of our meals while traveling, the cookware was in really bad shape. Honestly, those are the only two things that would keep me from this property. The hosts have really thought of every convenience needed and provided it. Daniel even took the time to chat with us about parks to take our boys right on the bike trail -btw, there are bikes for you to use as well!!

The rental was very clean! All of the beach extras were a bonus. We loved Indian Rocks Beach which was a short drive away. The bikes were fun to take on the trail right across the street. The correspondence with the owner was outstanding for directions and recommendations. Loved the local restaurants.

I stayed for 3 nights and found the townhome to be very relaxing. The location is close to the beaches and walking and biking trails. It is very clean with updated appliances, including a washer and dryer. The kitchen is well appointed. The hosts gave me helpful suggestions for restaurants and sites to see in the area. You will be happy staying in this quiet location close to so many things to do. Loved my stay and would definitely stay again!
