The house features three air-conditioned bedrooms, each accommodating two people, with their own terrace and ocean view, as well as a private bathroom with a toilet; the spacious master bedroom on the top floor offers the most spectacular view and complete privacy from the rest of the villa.
The well-stocked, air-conditioned library not only invites you to read and relax, but also provides an additional sleeping area for one person.

On the middle floor of Casa Geniol is the fully equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen with all amenities and a dining table for 8 people. Through the huge panoramic window, the horizon—which seems close enough to touch—beacons even while you’re having breakfast; two terraces extend this level and, being partially covered, allow for al fresco dining even in bad weather.
The living room, as the central gathering space inside the house, is one of Casa Geniol’s architectural highlights.From the cozy seating area in front of the open fireplace, you can see most of the house; those brave enough can take a leap from the wood-planked terrace into the 4x8-meter pool.
Finally, the light-filled basement houses the wellness area, which features a brick-built steam room, two waterfall showers, a restroom, and a relaxation room with a bathtub and an exercise bike. This area also houses a washing machine and a solid safe, in case you wish to store valuables securely.

When designing the garden surrounding Casa Geniol, great emphasis was placed on Mediterranean charm and privacy. Palm trees, citrus trees, algarobo, and olive trees, as well as jasmine, lavender, and rosemary, flank the modern house and highlight the region’s distinctive charm. The large pool terrace is an ideal spot to soak up the sun or let your thoughts wander out over the sea.
