The detached holiday home. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property to the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: barbecue facility, terrace and garden furniture.

Starigrad-Paklenica, district Seline. The holiday house is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen, es war kein Problem früher in das Haus einzuchecken.
Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Die Umgebung und Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut.
Zum Strand braucht man eine knappe Minute Zufuß, dieser ist ein eher kleinerer, überschaubarer Strand, der nicht überlaufen ist.
Das Wasser ist auch sehr sauber.
Ein großes Lob!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison très fonctionnelle, agrémentée d'un magnifique jardin résultant des soins attentifs de la propriétaire au cours des 30 dernières années ! Milka et sa fille Jadranka nous ont très gentiment accueillis et nous avons pu échanger un peu avec elles - en allemand, pour mon mari, et en russe, pour moi. Nous avons pu visiter l'exceptionnel parc naturel de Plitvice, le site de Krka ainsi que la ville de Zadar (d'où nous avons pu partir en croisière pour une journée) durant notre séjour d'une semaine. Enfin, nous avons particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir aller nous baigner en traversant la rue, en évitant la foule de touristes habituellement présente sur la côte en Croatie à cette période de l'année. Bref, nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Seul mini-bémol, l'absence de machine à laver mais rien de bien grave, en définitive. HVALA pour tout !
