About this apartment rental
Our apartment is located in the small village Heinschenwalde in the Elbe - Weser - triangle, in the middle of beautiful and varied nature. Take advantage of the beautiful surroundings for long walks, bike rides and walks. Forest, lake, moor and sea are in the immediate vicinity.
Fancy the metropolises of the Northwest?
No problem, Bremerhaven, Cuxhaven, Hamburg and Bremen are quickly reached by train or car.
Two people have enough space on 90 square meters, but is also an extra bed, without any problems.
The apartment, which was built in 2009 and completely renovated in 2017, is located in the attic of a small farmhouse and can be accessed via an external staircase and thus has its own entrance.
On a floor space of 90 m² is a bedroom with a double bed and a separate dressing room, the bathroom, the living room with fireplace, open kitchen and dining area.
The heart of the apartment is the living room with fireplace, where you can relax after a day trip on a spacious living area or enjoy sociable evenings.
The TV with satellite.-TV provides entertainment. The kitchen provides you with a large self-sufficiency with a stove with four cooking zones, an oven and a refrigerator, and small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. The bathroom has a bathroom window, a shower, a toilet and a hand basin.
On the fenced plot is the parking lot.
A sitting area with barbecue is always available. If you are with us with children or even have yourself, you can also pass the time with our mini-pigs Lilly and Inge, our chickens, or our dogs Leo and Jule distribute.
Things of daily needs can be obtained in a small grocery store 5km away.
In 15Km distance is the city of Bremervörde with various shops, doctors, swimming pool, restaurants, and and and ....

Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben die kleineren und größeren Städte der Umgebung besucht. Abends konnten wir super vorm Ofen entspannen. Das Feuerholz wurde immer nachgefüllt, was einfach super war! In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht (Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Zucker ...) und wir haben gern gekocht. Zum Frühstück haben wir auch Hühnereier bekommen, die sehr lecker waren.
Wir haben uns bei Familie Neubauer sehr wohl gefühlt und das Ein- und Auschecken war reibungslos und angenehm.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einzig ein Geschirrspüler hat gefehlt. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Cuxhaven, Bremerhaven und das alte Land. Die Gastgeber sind nett und sehr gastfreundlich.

Uns hat alles gefallen: die Ferienwohnung (groß und gemütlich eingerichtet) , die Ausstattung (hier wurde an alles gedacht, sogar an Spielzeug für die kleinsten mangelte es nicht), die Gastgeber (sehr nett, zuvorkommend und unaufdringlich) und die Tiere (Schweine, Hühner, Hunde). Wer die Ruhe sucht, wird hier fündig!
