About this house rental
the VILLINO is located in a condominium complex of 15 residential units and appears to be a semi-detached head with a private courtyard separated from the condominium context. Renovated in 2015, it is located in the Gulf of Villasimius exactly on the Campus beach from which it is a few meters away (easily accessible on foot) and 10 meters from the sea in front of the cliff which can be reached by following a short stone staircase.
As you arrive you will find the convenient private parking for the semi-detached house and you can access the house with a few steps. On the ground floor there are a perfectly equipped kitchenette and living room, in front of the living room there is an external porch (see photo) with table, chairs, deck chairs and barbecue for dinners and relaxation in front of the sea. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one large double and one small with bunk beds) and 1 bathroom. From the first floor and from the master bedroom there is access to a terrace facing the sea of about 70 square meters and an external staircase leads to the roof always panoramic living of about 25 square meters. On the parking side there is an external bathroom with a hot shower convenient for returning from the sea.

Beautiful beach in ca. 50m walking distance and cristal clear sea make this place perfect for beach vacation.
The house is equiped with everything, what we needed.
It has generous garden with 2 sunloungers and 3 deck chairs big table and stationary grill out of stone, one big and one smaller terrace. Absence of TV and WiFi was not a problem for us, as mobile internet connection was strong and stable everywhere around.
Michele is great host. We would gladly come again.

La maison de Michele est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce et très bien équipée, la plage juste à côté est très agréable (a 2 min de marche). La maison est bien placée pour visiter la région alentours. Encore merci Michele, nous avons passé un très bon séjour!
