We loved the home and location. It was a ton of fun with our family. The host could provide a few more essentials and also maybe offer to buy some food basics.
We arrive around 7pm to a remote are of Tuscany with no groceries or stores nearby. They did not have coffee or a coffee machine in the house. So, when we woke up the next morning we had nothing to eat. The host could have offered this and charged us.
If you are looking for a rural Tuscany experience... it's amazing.

The house can best be described as functional. It serves well for 10 people, but there are definitely improvements possible. The pool is large and was much used. Breakfast & dinner outside was great in the large enough garden. The absolute biggest asset: an astonishing 270 degrees view from the house on a hill. No better way to position a holiday house. Sufficient nice villages around, great cycling roads and dining opportunities. Downside: very bumpy road to the house. Overall: recommended!!!

Schönes, geräumiges Haus für 8 - 10 Personen. Super grosser Garten mit wunderbarem Pool. 1 bis 2 Schatten spendende Bäume wären wünschenswert.

Tof huisje met alles wat we nodig hadden. Enige minpunten waren: de weg ernaartoe is heel slecht en is bijna niet te doen met een gewone wat lager gelegen auto. Ook waren wij daar met een peuter en het zwembad is niet beveiligd, waardoor we eigenlijk nooit gerust waren. Verder heel vriendelijke mensen en super uitzicht, goede bedden, alles proper en voorzien van alle hedendaagse benodigdheden.
