Private: garden 30 m2 (fenced). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house. Grocery 600 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 500 m, bar, bus stop "via Roma La Lanterna" 1 km, railway station "Cagliari" 60 km, ferry "Cagliari" 60 km, sandy beach "Simius" 2.8 km. Marina 5 km. Nearby attractions: Cagliari 50 km, Costa Rei 25 km. Please note: car recommended. Access to the house via stairs with 50 steps or via the garage (10 steps). The access ramp to the garage is steep and narrow.

Obiekt ogólnie godny polecenia. Właściciel pokazał wszystko w domu ale nie byl przygotowany odpowiednio na nasz przyjazd. Czyscil i odswiezał mieszkanie dopiero po naszym przyjeździe, a my z dzieckiem musielismy czekac na parkingu. Nie miał też dla nas poscieli i dostarczył ją dopiero po godzinie. Byliśmy zmeczeni po podróży i straciliśmy dużo czasu. Musiałem umyć podłogę osobiście bo była brudna. Bylem 3 raz na Sardynii i pierwszy raz miałem do czynienia z taką sytuacją. Właściciel wyczuł, że cos jest nie tak i podarował nam wino za 2euro:) Dalsza część wakacji w domu przebiegała normalnie i mieszkanie okazało się całkiem fajnie. Pozytywy to piękny ogród, grill, bliskość atrakcji. W mieszkaniu wszystko działało. Na plus garaż którego nie ma w opisie.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, hat eine geräumige Terrasse und einen wunderschönen Garten. Vom Balkon des Schlafzimmers aus genießt man einen tollen Blick in die Weite, denn es ist die letzte Häuserzeile auf dem Hügel - dahinter ist herrliche Natur.
