The non-smoking chalet at 1650m altitude near the middle station can accommodate up to 6 persons. It has 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each (new mattresses and bed frames on the floor), washbasin and fitted wardrobe, modern shower room with toilet and a new well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and large fridge. The stove in the large living / dining room with underfloor heating gives the room a cozy atmosphere. Comfortable leather seating area and satellite TV with flat screen, DVD, CD, books and games. New panoramic windows (3-pane double glazing and laminated safety glass) let in even more light and sunshine and enable the legendary Wallisblick already from the WZ.

Shopping at mountain and valley station.
Wellness offers of nearby hotels (sauna, whirlpool, swimming pool) are also open to non-residents and offer a balance to the sporty use on the mountain.
The middle station of the Belalpbahn is 10 min. Footpath in a panoramic position away - in the evening with lighting.)
The Belalp ski area has 60km downhill slopes of 2000-3200m altitude, 3km cross-country ski trail in a panoramic position.
In winter the village is car-free. The ski run is possible until the beginning of April to the house and until mid-March to the valley station.
Winter: Parking opposite the valley station in the car park (70, -CHF / Wo.) Or free with shuttle 2km away in Rischinen, luggage transport via the cable car to the middle station, further transport by sled or snowmobile.
In summer, the covered parking space for the car opposite the chalet is at your disposal.

We stayed for a week at the chalet in summer. The location is distant, but the views and surroundings are beautiful.
The chalet is newely renovated and the standard is adequate. It has three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, functional bathroom and living area with a view at mountains and the valley. It can be a good base for hiking trips and travels around the Alps. It is a bit distant from civilization (coffee shops, restaurants, shops), but some people actually like it. The nearest restaurant, which is in walking distance from the chalet, was unfortunately closed during our stay,
Overall we had a really great vacation there!

Wir verbrachten zu viert eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Chalet bietet mehr als man erwartet, ist gut gelegen und mit der ÖV ist alles schnell erreichbar. Am Abend nach einer Wanderung die fantastische Aussicht vom Sofa oder der Terrasse aus zu geniessen und dem Wetter zuzuschauen ist einfach nur grandios und total entspannend!
Wir waren begeistert und können das Chalet Wallisblick nur weiterempfehlen.

We had some expectations, but it some points were disappointing and others were as our expectations.
The view from the chalet was perfect. We also liked the area. The chalet had a good inventory. The pillows were not so great. Much too soft.
The most disappointing issue was the WiFi.
In contrast to the ‘free WiFi’ on the website, the day before arrival the property manager informed us that there was a limit to the internet. When we arrived the internet did not work at all. The property manager suggested that the password was incorrect. However, this was not the case. The manager then suggested that we buy a SIM card to overcome the problem. The last day of our stay suddenly a ICT person came by and a hotspot device was in the living room: the internet worked.
We left early due to much smoke of the fire near Oberried.
