The apartment is located in the southern and newer hotel area of Cala Millor, in a neat and quiet private residence. Lift available.
Completely refurbished, this apartment is modern and comfortable. Since 2018 she owns a license for holiday rental (ETVPL / 13234) from the tourist office: It is located in the 4th. Floor, elevator available, directly facing the beach, on the south-east corner of the house, giving it the sun all day.

Das Apartment ist genauso wie auf den Fotos es hat eine traumhafte Aussicht perfekt um auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken. Ich habe keine Mängel. Das Check in und Check aus war super besser geht es einfach nicht.

Das Objekt entspricht 100% dem Inserat, allerdings könnte die Einrichtung an manchen Stellen erneuert werden, da bereits einige Verbrauchsspuren deutlich sind. Dies soll das Gesamtbild des Apartments nicht schmälern, schließlich hat es uns gut gefallen. Wir würden es wieder buchen!

An sich eine schöne Wohnung in guter Lage und Meerblick.
Die Wohnung war bei Übernahme in einem schlecht gereinigten Zustand, sodass wir am nächsten Tag voll beschäftigt waren die Wohnung in einem für uns bewohnbaren Zustand zu reinigen. Es gipfelte damit, dass in der Waschmaschine eine ungewaschene Unterhose lag.
