New top apartment (53m ²) right on the sea and beach with a fantastic panoramic view from a large balcony (10m ²) on the bay of Cala Millor / Cala Bona legally for rent. Bright living-dining room with fully furnished open mod. American kitchen, bedroom with sea view and magical sunrise. Additional sofa bed for guests in the living room, modern bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. Elevator.
Short walk to the nature reserve and the town center. Good shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Alles verlief reibungslos. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, die Whg. war sehr sauber. Es fehlte nichts in der Whg. Super Lage, sehr ruhig - einfach Top! Wir kommen wieder!

From communication to hand over, cleanliness, comfort, leaving procedure and interior design this flat is absolutely nice. It has everything you need for a comfortable and nice holiday also for two adult people. Clean recommendation from my side.
