About this apartment rental
This splendid family property is situated directly above the sea, at a height of only 50 m above the fine Paramonas beach on a small hill, surrounded by vineyards and pine trees. There are 5 different buildings, nestling on the hillside in a semicircle, forming an inner courtyard. The individual houses are grouped in interlocked rows and columns, creating the layout of a traditional village. In the interplay of sea, light and sun the house walls in earth colours with their white, brown and green shutters, the small alleys and nooks and the stone steps are rich in contrast to the blue sky. The semi-detached house DYONISIS, the duplex NIKI and ELENI and the holiday apartment DINA are especially suitable for social people. Ideal for families or friendly couples who want to spend the best time of the year together, yet live independently.
The two-storey holiday house is situated directly at the inner courtyard and has two holiday apartments above each other, ELENI and NIKI. To one side of the house there is the neighbouring semi-detached house with the holiday home DYONISIS. Diagonally opposite on the corner you look towards the holiday apartment DINA.
At the side of the house a staircase leads to the holiday apartment NIKI on the first floor. The well-maintained and comfortable furnished holiday apartment on the first floor was renovated in winter 2019/2020 (bathroom, kitchen, floor). Adjoining to the living area with open-plan kitchenette are both bedrooms and the bathroom. From both bedrooms you have direct access to the covered terrace. An external staircase leads from the kitchen area to the roof of the house. From the huge, wonderful terrace that is partly covered by a baldachin you have a magnificent 360 degrees view across the sea, the surrounding landscape and the forested hillsides of the Pantokrator. Here you can indulge in the wide view across the Ionian Sea and the beautiful sunsets.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ca. 50 m oberhalb des wunderschönen Paramonas Beach (ideal für Famillien, da der Sandstrand relativ flach ins Meer führt). Kristallklares Wasser und Möglichkeiten des Wassersportes sind vorhanden. Wer überlaufene Strände meiden will, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Am Ort sind drei Tavernen mit guten Angeboten griechischer Gerichte. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, dass es im Ort keine Möglichkeit des Einkaufs gibt und man dazu ins 3 km entfernte Agios Matheios fahren muss (Einfache Fahrtzeit ca. 10 Minuten, da die griechischen Straßenverhältnisse und -Wegführungen keine hohen Geschwindigkeiten zu lassen). Nach Kerkyra fährt man ca. eine dreiviertel Stunde, in den Norden der Insel ist man mindestens 90 bis 120 Minuten unterwegs.
Die Vermieterin bzw. deren Mutter Dina war sehr besorgt um unseren Aufenthalt und hat immer wieder nachgefragt, ob wir etwas benötigen. Handtuchwechsel zweimal in der Woche oder bei Bedarf. Auch eine Zwischenreinigung nach einer Woche wurde uns angeboten. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit zwei Schlafzimmern (jeweils für zwei Personen) und einer Bettcouch im Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Küche für eine fünfte Person. Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen und moderne Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und Außentüren sorgen für angenehme Aufenthalte. Das beste ist die Terrasse, die über eine Außentreppe von der Küche abgehend erreichbar ist, sich über das gesamte Dach erstreckt und einen wundervollen Ausblick auf das Meer und die umliegenden Berge gewährt. Sonnenliegen und ein Tisch mit Stühlen sind dort oben vorhanden. Für vier Personen ist die Wohnung ideal. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke Eleni und Dina

We have spent almost 2 weeks on a holiday in this appartment and enjoyed it. It is very close to the beach and nearby taverns. Moreover , we had a chance of watching the sunset
