This beautiful Mallorcan chalet is located in a quiet street, in. 3 Sea line of Cala Llombards. It is yet close (6 minutes) for small infrastructure of the 1-minute walk from the beach. The house is lovingly decorated in the Mallorcan style. It offers on 2 levels with 150 sqm living space and 60 sqm of terraces 6 to 7 persons (7 Person Baby) enough space and is divided as follows:
- 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs with large fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans (2 bedrooms with double beds and the third Bedroom 2 single beds
- Semi-open kitchen with gas hob / electric oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, etc.
- 2 bathrooms: one upstairs with bath, the second on the ground floor with shower
- Open living-dining-kitchen area with satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
- Reading room / office on the ground floor
The house is fully equipped with linens, towels and beach towels. The large pool (about 7 x 3.5 m) and the various, partially covered outside terraces invite you to linger. From the roof terrace you
a great view of the sea. A parking is on the property or in front of the house in the driveway.
The house stands on a corner plot of 900 square meters. Therefore, the outdoor area is wonderfully generous held with various seating areas, which provide each one, depending on the sun and preference (sun / shade) a nice spot.
At the pool there are various seating areas for up to 6 persons, reconsidered at the house, twice a sun terrace area. Before the house there is a large open terrace with further seating. In addition there are 6 sunbeds and 2 outdoor showers.
For an enjoyable evening outdoors there is also an outdoor grill with covered seating. In the colder months, permanently mounted electric radiators are available in house. The house is open from April to mid-November for rental. A heating fee is to be paid additionally in winter.

Our stay was really amazing, the house is really great and clean. We had all what was needed and our guest was really helpful. The area is also really great with the beach just down the house. Thanks.

Uns hat das Haus als solches gut gefallen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern, die wir hatten, habe ich ein paar Anregungen. Bäder neu machen, Küxhe ok, aber Besteck, Gläser, Geschirr und Kochtöpfe raus und neu. Fliegengitter in den Fensterläden montieren. Weisse Wände und Schnaken, das geht nicht. Pool klasse, Haus schön angelegt, mitLiebe. Lage zur Bucht ideal. Grillstation professioneller machen. Belüftung für die Kohle ist nicht gut. Es gibt so gutes Grillgut aus Malle, vom Fleisch bis Tintenfische und da macht das richtig Spass.
