About this apartment rental
Bright apartment in Lucca with private furnished terrace. Wifi and airconditioning. Shops and restaurants within walking distance and parking just outside the door.
Al Borgo is newly restored and decorated in nice Tuscan style with beautiful, exposed chestnut beams in the roof. There are high ceilings and a beautiful light coming in from the windows. The apartment is in an older building that has been restored and is located just outside the city walls of Lucca. You live on a very quaint street; Via Borgo Giannotti with small delicious delicatessen shops, bread shops, greengrocer and a very good icecream bar, right outside the door. You can walk into the city center in a few minutes.
The special thing about this apartment is that you live with the whole center within walking distance, with restaurants, shops and attractions, but you can still drive the car right to the door. This is not possible if you live inside the wall. If you are traveling without a car, you will find both a bus and railway station within a short distance.
The apartment is on the second floor and consists of:
Living room and kitchen in one (gas cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, American coffee maker, toaster, kettle), dining area and sofa (sofa bed), smart TV.
Along a few steps you will reach the double room (the beds can be separated) where there is a desk if you need to work during your stay. One bath room with shower and a furnished terrace of approximately 14 m2.
Washing machine, tumble dryer and internet wifi. The owner asks guests please not to smoke in the apartment.
Other: shops, restaurants, bar etc. down on the street. Lucca center 200 mt. Esselunga supermarket 400 mt.
Distances: Lucca center mt. 200 - Florence km. 70 - Pisa km. 20 - Versilia beach km. 20.

The apartment was wonderful. I had a real taste of Italy through the location, lifestyle and conversations with locals. I wish I could have stayed for a month.

Het appartement ligt net buiten de stadsmuur in een gezellige straat met o.a. een bakker en paar restaurants.Het appartement is zeer comfortabel en heeft een mooi balkon om van de zon te genieten en te grillen.Je auto kun je een paar straten verder gratis parkeren.Wij waren gecharmeerd van de trattoria’s Gigi,Neni en da Rosolo.Lucca is een bezoek meer dan waard!

We enjoyed our comfortable apartment in Lucca with its little balcony. It was just outside the town wall. A great location only a few minutes walk to town with food shopping conveniately in the street below our apartment.
Would recommend to others as a great place to stay.

Apartment was spotless (and I’m fussy!). Has everything you need. Very convenient location, short stroll to all Lucca has to offer.
