I just remodeled, brand new comfy Queen bed, new mini frig/freezer, microwave. New flat screen, includes Wi-Fi.(your own private network) Large sitting area behind gated entrance, perfect for that morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. Less than a mile from the Ocean offering a fishing pier, scuba diving and a great night life. Perfect for bike riding, rentals bikes are everywhere. Better than a hotel room!

We were relocating to Fort Lauderdale during Hurricane Irma. Our townhouse was taking longer to finalize due to complications from the storm. We needed a place to stay asap. Suzette was able to respond to our request even though she too was experiencing internet problems after Irma. When we arrived, she informed us she had unknowingly double booked the efficiency. So, she let us stay in the adjoining 1 bedroom apartment at no additional cost. What a life saver. We stayed for 3 weeks. It was a very comfortable place with plenty of room for us and our 2 cats. It is in a great location to everything you would want.

This apartment with queen bed is perfect for 1 or 2. Microwave, mini fridge and flat screen TV along with soft white towels make it a comfortable stay. Plus snacks n drinks left by the owner ! Located just off US 1 in Lauderdale in a quiet neighborhood it was perfect for a busy weekend visiting family.

Stayed here while I was getting my place renovated...it was great location, clean and served my purpose. Suzette the "hostess" with the "mostess" and was very good at getting back to me with any questions I had and was very accommodating to my needs. Especially there aren't many places that are pet friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I needed a place. Thank you Suzette for your hospitality! Lucille
