Private and Spacious Studio in great location

Do not stay here if you want a safe accommodation. I stayed one night before being forced to leave. The studio is connected to a main house that is also a Vrbo rental. There is a connecting door between the studio and the house. During my stay, the police came looking for the guest in Armando’s main house. The guest has a mental illness and I wasn’t told this before check in. It was only after the police arrived on the first day, that Armando let me know. He reassured me that the guest had left and everything was fine. The next night, the police returned again looking for the guest. 20 minutes after they left, there was pounding on my door and screaming. It was the guest from the main house and they were yelling out vulgar threats and racial slurs. I had never seen the guest before, and they were screaming they were going to break in and hurt me. I was terrified and hid in the bathroom to call the police. The guest kept hitting the door and yelling out threats. Armando never answered the phone. The police was able to get the guest away from the studio and escort me out. Armando eventually arrived but didn’t say a word to me.The guest remained at the property and I went to a hotel. When I asked Armando for a full refund, he refused and was extremely disrespectful. He told me the guest had left and I could return. I refused in the end since there was no guarantee the guest wouldn’t come back and hurt me. Armando still charged a week’s rate. He does not care about guests. Avoid.

We stayed there from Monday night to Friday morning. We thought we got a good deal but it turned out to be old and not well kept. It's slightly smaller than a hotel room. The good thing about the place is that it's in a safe neighborhood.

This location worked great for my 8 week travel assignment. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and very convenient for all my needs: work, gas, gym, groceries, laundry, activities, etc. The bed sleeps well and the shower pressure and temperature was excellent. The owners communication is excellent. Should I need to return for work in the same location, I would book again.

My stay was great, this is just one room with a bathroom and a small closet that also harbors a small fridge. Clean. No issues that bothered me. Overall great value.

Great place for our whole group to be together in one building. Just wish the beds were not so hard.

It’s an okay place to stay in, when I reached out to the hosts they responded quickly. The place was pretty clean, and apparently safe. I do feel like the quality could improve. The bed spread had a hole in it, we stayed here for about 10 days and there wasn’t an extra rolls of toilet paper. The hosts do require you to take out the trash, but there wasn’t any trash bags provided either. The microwave was an older model so it took, a while to heat up anything. I would stay again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Very nice and clean home, nice and calm area, not to far from beach and other activities

Tidy lil room, very convenient to find everything, was a great spot for my partner and i. Loved how it was pet-friendly and it was a wonderful time
