Stunning beachfront villa just a short walk from the beach

A stunning seaside villa located in a paradise-like corner of Sardinia, just 30 meters from the beach. A large garden spread over two levels—furnished with sofas, lounge chairs, and a beach umbrella—provides direct access to small, secluded coves, the marina, and the public beach.
Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are very comfortable and well-laid-out.
The villa features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a convenient outdoor shower.
Interior description: From the large veranda—which includes a dining area, sofa seating, and a barbecue—you enter the living room, and from there, the spacious, well-appointed kitchen. A hallway connects the living room to the sleeping area of the house, which includes a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and en suite bathroom, as well as a twin bedroom with its own bathroom. Also from the living room, a staircase leads to the third master bedroom on the upper floor, which also features a private bathroom. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
At the rear of the house is a large utility area with a spacious countertop, sink, washing machine, and outdoor shower.

How to get there:
The Costa Corallina resort, where the villa is located, is just a 15-minute drive from Olbia Airport toward Porto San Paolo and overlooks the beautiful islands of Tavolara and Molara.
Useful information and amenities: The beach has a parking lot, a restaurant, and a bar, and you can rent beach umbrellas and lounge chairs. Another restaurant is located within the resort in the Porticciolo area. In nearby Porto San Paolo, which is also within walking distance, you’ll find all the shops and services you need; you can also rent inflatable boats or small vessels to access the nature reserve.
