Built in 1982 and renovated in 2010, the holiday home is a semi-detached house furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The domicile is popular also because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture, Hollywood swing, and campfire site.
