Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), lawn and wildlife garden, natural garden. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house (1.3 km via unmade road). Parking at the house. Grocery 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 1.4 km, bathing lake 200 m. Please note: car recommended.
