Please pick up parking rules at guard gate. Parking is strictly enforced.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort may tow.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk.
No motorcycle parking is allowed at this resort.

We did like the home. However the washing machine is bad, and the ice maker made a horrible sound. We were only given one pkg of dishwasher soap for a 7 day stay with 7 people. We had to go buy our own, in other homes we have rented that was not the case, they gave enough for the week. Had we known that I would have packed some for our trip. The ice maker needs someone to look at it, knocking loud every time it was making ice, we ended up buying some ice, we could not take the sound. The washer had to be run with very small louds and with 7 people that was not fun but we accomplished it somehow, again loud noises be made, it also needs a repair person to look at it. Other than those things, the house was nice, and in a good location close to Disney and other places. Shopping was near by. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was and very nice. So over all even with the few bad things it was a great time in the house and swimming.

Process at the front gate was simple enough and everyone who worked the resort part was friendly house was clean and the pool was heated by the time we got there everything was 100 percent as advertised

We all really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was easy to get to and Walmart was close and easy to get to as well. Everyone was nice and the club house was great. Only two things I would say is you might want to put curtins up on the windows we had a very difficult time sleeping with all the light shinning in even with the blinds shut. And the second thing is the Kitchen was not stock very well at all for example pot holders and not even any pans to cook pizzas on like baking pans. The stove was not working then it was working then it stoped working again. The hot tub light never worked like our neighbors did.

Location was very far from the convention center given the traffic. Plan to sit on I-4. We found some things in the master bed and one of the twins did not look to be washed. Biggest issue was the AC could not keep up. House was 80-84 degrees Fahrenheit in the afternoon hours but successfully cooled off during the night. House pool was a nice feature, community pool was filthy.
