About this house rental
This house for 6 people is close to the centre of Giethoorn, right on the water and has a private jetty with a swimming ladder. Would you like to cool off on a sunny day? Then you can swim directly from your home. There are several accommodations of this type in the park. The exact location in the park may therefore differ from the pictures. The interior may differ from the photos, all houses have the same quality standard. The house is equipped with all amenities, including Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, central heating, dishwasher, microwave. In addition, you can park two cars at the house. The property also has a private jetty with bathing ladder.
This very spacious park in Giethoorn, the "Venice of the North", is located on the edge of the Weerribben nature reserve. You can sail, fish, swim, walk, cycle or simply relax on your own terrace. Of course you can also book an electric sloop or boat for your stay, which will be moored in front of your house. Fishing is also possible in the park for a small fee. You can encounter many different species of fish in the Weerribben Wieden nature reserve. Night fishing without noise is permitted in your villa.
There is the Villa Bodelaeke restaurant and a boules court. A play beach with a pirate ship is open especially for children. There is a swimming area, limited by buoys, for children up to a depth of 130 cm. You can also hire bicycles and e-bikes in the park.

Bei der Buchung sah die Unterkunft und das drumrum schon vielversprechend aus. Als wir ankamen würden wir nicht enttäuscht. Wir waren zu 5, also ein 6er Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern uns 2 WC‘s. Perfekt. Sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und an alles gedacht. Parkplätze immer ausreichend vor jedem Haus. Jedes Haus am Wasser mit eigenen Bade-und Bootssteg. Boot kann man mieten (120-150€/Tag), wir hatten unser großes Schlauchboot mit (günstiger).
Die Betten waren super. So gute Matratzen und Kopfkissen hatten wir noch nie.
Die Gegend ist sehr schön. Man kann viele Ausflüge machen. Amsterdam in 1h10min, Küste IJsselmeer in 45 min.
Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wirklich empfehlenswert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

+ Tolle Ferienanlage mit fast neuen Häusern. Objekt wie beschrieben. Nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.
- Nervige Studentengruppen, welche aber durch die Resortleitung eingebremst wurden
- Keine Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos

Schönes Haus mit viel Komfort.
Die Siedlung war ruhig und idyllisch. Fahrradmiete klappte auch günstig und unkompliziert. Mit zwei Familien kann man sich im Haus trotzdem aus dem Weg gehen und Geld sparen.

Sehr schöner, ruhiger und sauberer Park, gute Ausstattung der Häuser. Nette und kompetente Mitarbeiter an der Annahme.
Leider wurde seitens Novasol nicht erwähnt, das vorort eine Kaution in Höhe von 200,-€ hinterlegt werden muss. Ärgerlich, ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.
