￫ the costs of cleaning the house (vacuuming / washing). We ask you to do your dishes and take out your trash. We will take care of the rest. (However, we ask you to respect the cleanliness of the premises)
De pressing costs for bed linen and towels.
♦ THE HOUSE ♦
We rent on Sélestat our old house (editor's note: due to professional transfer) fully equipped with 102 m².
The floor is heated on the ground floor and on the 1st floor. All floors are tiled, except those of the 3 bedrooms upstairs which have laminate parquet.
￫ Ground floor:
- Entrance.
- Separate toilet with hand basin.
- Small office area.
- Beautiful living room with corner sofa, TV and TV cabinet.
- Beautiful fitted kitchen with all household appliances. (Such as fridge / freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine) open to the dining area.
- Condiments available.
- Bay window with exit to terrace and fenced garden.
￫ 1st floor (without attic):
- A step.
- 1 bedroom of 14m²: a king size bed - 180 x 200 cm with dressing area.
- 2 bedrooms of 13m²: 2 double beds - 140 x 200 cm with chest of drawers.
- Beautiful bathroom with vanity unit, heated towel rail, WC, walk-in shower and bathtub.
Exterior:
- 2 parking spaces are available (one in front of the house garage and one in the space reserved in front of the garden entrance).
- 20m² terrace with garden furniture and 150m² private fenced garden.
The entire accommodation is non-smoking.
