The location was very handy, it was within 10 minutes (maybe 5 mins) walk of the train station. There was a bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs, which was ideal for our extended family. The shower downstairs was very good. Elderly grandparents were very happy to have a room and a loo downstairs!!
The house was not immaculate. A couple of minor items (I think it was blinds, or possibly windows) had 'en panne' notices. There was an electricity socket which just came out of the wall in my hand. I don't think it was dangerous, but it wasn't what I expected in a holiday let. I checked under the sofa before we left, in case we had missed anything and found someone else's till receipt! But overall, it was fine.
