La ubicación está cerca tanto de la estación, andando a 15 minutos y de la petit venice a 10/15 minutos. Se calienta rápido la habitación con un radiador que hay. Las instrucciones para la entrada están bien detalladas y fácil de encontrar todo.
La cama era muy blanda y poco cómoda, solo hay dos cojines de uno en la habitación para dormir muy blandos y finos también, la limpieza se puede mejorar y no habían más mantas que el edredón de la cama. A mejorar también pondría sábanas blancas o claras (por higiene) no de colores oscuros, al igual que las toallas, la cama no estaba bien hecha. Es un edificio de apartamentos/habitaciones turístico.
