About this apartment rental

Ground floor apartment with a private courtyard and a small flower garden overlooking the Lauch River and Little Venice.
DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:
from the entrance, give on the right the bedroom (queen-size bed 160 cm) and the bathroom (bath, WC, washing machine). To the left, a first living room with TV and glass view of the courtyard, then, after three steps, a second living room with an armchair convertible into a very good single bed (80 cm), library and internet connection (cable or Wifi) and finally, in continuity, a well-appointed separate kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher).
Direct access to the courtyard equipped with garden furniture, by the entrance or by the kitchen.
The apartment is planned for 2 to 3 people (A double bed and an extra bed for 1 person). It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Cleaning service offered at the end of the stay for 40 euros.
All shops, covered market, caterers, restaurants nearby.
Sheets, pillowcases, towels, kitchen towels, vacuum cleaner, cleaning and washing products (dishwasher + washing machine) are provided as well as a small "grocery store" for troubleshooting.
REMARKS:
- during the summer period and school holidays, reservations are made per full week.
- outside these periods, 4 nights minimum.

Absolutely amazing stay at La Maison Bleue. The location was spot on. Right in the heart of everything. The property itself had everything you could need. The hosts Bridgitte & Christian are quite possibly the best hosts weve ever encountered. They even met us at the train station after midnight due to delays with our flight. Then picked us up to take us back to the train station early morning. All in all 1 of our best trips everything considered. Its understandable this place having perfect reviews. Thanks very much for a memorable few days.

Brigitte and Christian were fantastic hosts; very warm and welcoming! They met us at the train station and allowed us to check-in early. They shared information they thought we would be interested in (we were) throughout our stay and were responsive to any inquiries we had. The apartment is well located on a canal and is very cozy, charming and clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. They even provided some welcome treats for us.

Brigitte and Christian are exceptionally kind and attentive hosts, and they made this one of the most memorable stays of our trip to France. They have great pride in this home, which is very well equipped and updated, but still has elements that let you know you are staying in a house built long ago. We loved the location and the neighborhood! It was a very convenient walk to all the sights of Colmar and just a kilometer's walk to the train station for side trips. There are plenty of restaurants just steps away, but we enjoyed (and now miss) the short walk to the nearby farmer's market to pick up options for breakfast and sometimes for lunch. We also enjoyed watching the ducks outside the kitchen window and patio. Had the weather allowed, we would have spent a lot of time sitting outside and enjoying the amazing seclusion of this spot in what is a very busy area of the town. Thank you Brigitte and Christian.
