The backyard features a heated pool, patio table and chairs, lounge chairs, and a Tiki Hut for you to relax. The dock is private with direct access to Atlantic Ocean.
We can make available: beach chairs and umbrella, fishing gear, Pack'n Play, high chair.

POOL HEATING INFORMATION:
Pool heating (up to 82F) is an optional extra which is payable in addition to the cost of your reservation. Prices are $25 per day. Pool heating may not be necessary for your vacation, especially if you're visiting Florida in the hot summer months. If you need any pool heating it is likely to be in the winter, late fall, and early spring months when daytime temperatures are cooler. You can add pool heating to your booking by asking us, up to 24 hours prior to your arrival. If you opt to have no pool heating but you change your mind while on vacation, we can arrange for your pool heating to be turned on, however please be aware electric heaters can take up to 24 hours to heat up. Note pool heating cannot be provided if outside temperature drops below 55F.

Before check-in, the Guest must fill out an online check-in form and provide a picture of their Government-issued ID (Drivers License/Passport).
In order to minimize fraudulent card transactions, if the booking payment is made by a third party, the third party must fill out and sign a credit card authorization form, provide pictures of their Government-issued ID (Drivers License / Passport), and pictures of their credit card used to pay for the VRBO online booking. The forms of identification and the credit card must match the third party's same name.

Took vacation with my family of eight. We all loved the property. It was very clean, had all the things we needed and was in a very convenient location. Plan on using again next year for our vacation.

Great clean neighborhood! We loved the iguanas that sunned on the deck every morning. We also loved fishing off the dock and caught 2 fish! The location was great for day trips to Miami, beaches, and the Everglades. I would recommend a few more skillets for cooking though. It was challenging to make breakfast for my 4 teens with one skillet. Other than that, all was great! We appreciate and used the bikes, beach gear, and fishing gear. Wonderful memories were made thanks so much!
