About this house rental
LOCATION! We have the LARGEST 3 bed/4 bath town homes AVAILABLE IN MAMMOTH. This spacious & luxurious 2500 SQ FT town home sleeps up to 8 people & is walking to Canyon Lodge (5 chair lifts, rentals, restaurants, bars & Village Gondola). Our home has very high speed WiFi. In the enclosed under ground garage with 7 ft high ceiling, there are two parking spots available, & 2 electric vehicle chargers and a storage closet for gears. It is beautifully designed & fully furnished with the finest decor, furniture and bedding. We have in-unit Laundry machines and a split forced air conditioning & heating system. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen boasts granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, with additional items such as a Keurig and Crock-pot. With two separate living rooms, kids and adults have their own privacy. The private game area includes an 8 ft carved wood Pool Table with a Ping Pong table option on top. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own private bathroom. You ll have access to high speed internet, Large Smart Flat Screen TVs, a Blue-Ray DVD player and a large collection of DVD s for all ages. There is also a Video Game Arcade machine loaded with over 300 games.We also have security cameras in the garage and all entry points for your safety.
For Summer Activities, we are located in close proximity to numerous fishing spots, bike trails, hiking trails and a golf course. For our summer guests, please note we do have A/C as most Mammoth rentals do not.

- Maximum number of occupants is 8
- Absolutely NO smoking.
If Furnitures Gets Moved Around the House & Won’t be Put Back to its Original Place.

We have stayed at this building numerous times over the years. Found it on VRBO and just keep booking over and over. First, the size and location cant be beat. Its a huge 3 bedroom within a short walk to Canyon Lodge. Each unit is well-suited for 2 families to stay. The owner has all 3 units in the building outfitted almost exactly the same - we have stayed in each of them. They really spared no expense. The beds, pillows, sheets and towels are the highest quality - honestly its as good or better than what we have at home. We sleep great there and its super comfortable. We like to cook and hang there at night and the kitchen is well-equipped with high-end appliances and the little touches arent overlooked. Great cookware and knives makes this place just feel like home. The owner Shala could not be nicer, she has always been helpful and super responsive to any request. The units are decorated warm and inviting and it feels like a high-end mountain cabin/resort. Selfishly I would love to keep this secret to myself, but i can only imagine what the owners spent to make this place so nice and it hope they get great renters that appreciate the place as much as we have. We have had lots of fun family trips at Shala's place - pool tables, arcade tables, ping pong, and tons of games. We have rented VRBO's all over the world and this owner holds herself to the highest standard I have seen. I hope your family enjoys as much as ours has.

This place has it all! The location was fantastic, so close to Canyon Lodge, literally just up the hill. This is the most generously stocked property we've ever stayed at. It had everything you could think of and more. This included a pool table, a full size pong pong table top for the pool table, an arcade game loaded with tons of old school classics, extremely comfortable beds and seating/dining areas to accomodate lots of guests. Also, theres a huge open space area behind the unit that had the most amazing sledding area and was perfect for first time skiers/snowboarders to try the sport before committing to the mountain. (Perfect for the young kids in our group) Also, Shala was an excellent host, which made our experience even more memorable. We will definitely be coming back again!!

The property was great! Each of our 3 kids brought a friend on the ski trip and they had a great hangout downstairs while my wife and I had our space upstairs. There was enough to do downstairs that the kids remained occupied and happy the whole time. There were also great spots for the kids to play outside in the snow.We will definitely stay here again!
