Description of Villa Vittoria:
2013/14 newly renovated Villa Vittoria is habitable all year round and is located in a closed, quiet, secure residence directly on the fine sandy beach of the crystal clear blue Ionian Sea in the popular holiday destination San Pietro in Bevagna in Puglia.
The residence has the rare private and direct beach access to the free beach with infrastructure.
In front and behind the house there is a terrace and a garden with lounge furniture, a dining table with a parasol and garden furniture.
There is a grill behind the house.
On a living area of approx. 80 sqm (ground floor + first floor) there is a spacious living area (sofa bed for 2 - 160cm) with dining table for 6 as well as an open kitchen and guest toilet. Here you can watch numerous international channels (SAT) on 40 '' LED Full HD TV.
On the upper floor there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms with overnight accommodation for up to 4 people.
All rooms are equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows / doors with fly screens and shutters with access to a terrace (ground floor) or to a balcony (upper floor).

The quiet, closed and therefore secure private residence is equipped with a central bell system or you can drive into the residence through the electric gate. For each house there is an allocated parking space within the closed residence, so that the car is parked safely. Right next door, the hotel 'dei Bizantini' offers the appropriate leisure infrastructure (sports facilities, café, etc.)
