Would you like to get away from stress and spend your holidays in an exclusive holiday home? Then enjoy a wonderful holiday under the Italian sun in the stunning grounds Casa Sul Mare. Just a few hundred meters from the well-known beach in the picturesque town of San Pietro in Bevagna. Surrounded by a large and well-tended gardens you can relax on spacious terraces benefit from modern pizza oven with barbecue and refresh yourself at will in 2015 built pool (5 x 10 m, 150 m deep). This newly renovated property is a residence of up to 7 people and offers with its fully air-conditioned rooms in the middle of summer a comfortable holiday.
They live in a 140 square meter and light-flooded house with 3 bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for a low-cost self-catering, the living area consists of a tastefully decorated dining area, a fireplace and modern consumer electronics to linger. You can also enjoy the comfort of the bathroom, where it is a pleasure to start the day.
The holiday home is a perfect base for leisurely strolls, hiking and sightseeing tours through the beautiful region. You spend a beach holiday to measure because gently sloping beaches are ideally suited for children. You can also visit the famous marina, ancient ruins, visiting churches and the colorful gastronomic scene. There you can enjoy culinary highlights of the region and good out of the basement and kitchen.

Propriétaire toujours très réactif à nos demandes.
La villa est très agréable, tout le confort nécessaire à de bonnes vacances est présent (piscine, plage, barbecue). Très beau jardin aussi
Juste un petit bémol : Moi qui fait à peine 1.60m, j'aurai aimé que la piscine soit légèrement moins remplie car du coup, n'ayant plus pied, j'ai raté beaucoup de parties de ballon dans l'eau....
Mais c'est juste histoire de pas mettre un 20/20 sur cette super location que le propriétaire mérite malgré tout pour sa gentillesse et sa disponiblité.
Attention cependant à bien posséder un véhicule pour venir car sans voiture, on est quand même assez isolé de tout d'où notre note qui est de 4 étoiles sur 5 en moyenne

Sehr schöne Villa, mit ein grossen Garten (Palmen) usw und einen tollen Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Meer ist in San Pietro in Bevagna ein Traum.

Villa fantastica con giardino immenso. Pulizia max. Piscina stupenda. Mare vicinissimo raggiungibile a piedi. Proprietario e amministratrice disponibili e gentili. Top!
Wunderschöne Villa mit großem Garten. Tolles Schwimmbad. Gute Reiningung. Das Meer is sehr nah, zum Fuß erreichbar. Vermieter und Verwalterin hilfsbereit und nett. Top!!!

Che dire: si potrebbe intitolare questa recensione così: "Come gestire bene una bellissima casa vacanza" .
Casa bellissima, superaccessoriata in tutto (ma dico proprio tutto), con piscina super, ottima posizione, assistenza impeccabile da parte della referente.
Reduci dalla settimana precedente in un'altra casa, ben presentata sul sito VRBO ma poi rivelatasi una mezza delusione, ci siamo trovati nella situazione opposta: in questa casa che dal sito aveva una presentazione un po' dimessa ma che poi nei fatti si è rivelata molto superiore alle aspettative.
Bravo il proprietario e brava la signora che la gestisce!
Unico neo: un solo bagno per questa casa è veramente un peccato.
