Are you dreaming of a luxurious vacation in a breathtaking setting? Then this country estate with private swimming pool is just the thing for you.
The Crescenizio estate was built back in the 18th century and is located in Magliano, Tuscany, in the heart of Maremma, in a beautiful hilly panoramic position with sea view. It can accommodate the whole extended family or several families traveling together. Spread out in the various rooms of the main house, all furnished in charming Tuscan style, and enjoy each other's company in the lovely common areas. Start the day on the large open terrace with a steaming cup of coffee and enjoy the peace and quiet around you as the rest of the group slowly awakens. While you eat breakfast, plan the day's activities and excursions. You can swim in the pool, relax on the sun loungers or explore the olive grove that surrounds the house.
The property is located in a splendid panoramic position with fantastic views of the sea, the island of Giglio and Monte Argentario. Magliano in Toscana (2 km) is a lively medieval village just five minutes from the house. Nearby are also the coastal towns along the Argentario, the beaches of Giannella, Feniglia, Macchiatonda, Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano with ferries to the islands. Active vacationers can also visit the Golf Club of the Argentario in Porto Ercole and the Polo Club in Porto Santo Stefano or try windsurfing, kitesurfing and catamaran sailing on the beaches of Gianelli. In the port of Cala Galera in Porto Ercole you can rent sailing and motor boats.

We will come back if there is any possibility. We loved it here so much, it felt like home and Maria was so nice with her husband. Even though she did only speak italian, we understood well and was very warm and welcoming, cleaning the pool every two days and watering the gardens.
Such a beautiful natural and rural place to stay. So authentic, it did not feel too touristy but like a beautiful well cared for house with so much privacy and the most stunning views over Tsucany and the Sea. Also there were supplies for literally anything, like cooking, barbecueing...
Only headsup: there was only one hairdryer and poor WiFi but overall amazing worth for that money... we were heartbroken to leave :(
