About this house rental
Spacious vacation home in hilly position in the picturesque medieval Borgo Anguillara Sabazia on the shores of Lago di Bracciano. Your vacation home, located in a quiet residential area above the lake, offers a large veranda for relaxing and outdoor dining, a well-kept fenced garden with pool. Quiet location with privacy. An internal road of 600 meters from the garden you can reach on foot or by car the equipped beach of the lake where you can rent boats, surfboards and pedal boats or take boat trips to the picturesque coastal towns of Tervignano and Bracciano. In the summer months, the village of Anguillara as well as the Bracciano lake offers many oenogastronomic events. The sea of the Lazio coast is only 30 km away. The center of Rome (39 km) can also be reached by train, which leaves every half hour. In the basement there is a large lounge and a billiard room; The bedrooms have a side panoramic view of the lake and air conditioning on request. Two covered parking spaces available.

Excellent location on the lake - just a short (steep) walk to the lake and plenty of restaurants and easily accessible from Rome. Nice large pool and well kept gardens made for a very relaxing stay. The garden and pool area get the sun the whole day. The pool and patio areas could do with more comfortable loungers and sufficient seating for the size of the property but the outside dining table was large enough for all 8 of us to eat together. Typically when we have hired a villa the pool has been cleaned during our stay but this was not the case and so the pool was quite murky at the end of the week. Whilst there is WiFi its reach does not extend much beyond the office and immediate lounge area, possibly due to the fabric of the building. So we ended up needing to purchase data. Overall a very nice stay in a spacious house with great outside areas and excellent location.

We travelled as two families with 4 children (8 to 12). The communication before we arrived and for the check-in and check-out process was perfect, with lovely owners.
The property itself is a lovely villa with a large garden and fantastic pool, the space swallowed the 7 of us with plenty of room to spare.
The location is an easy walk to the shops, lake and restaurants, as well as the old part of the town; yet with a short drive to the station, also very easy access into Rome.
We would definitely recommend.
