Welcome to Loggerhead Beach House just a few houses from the Gulf beaches on Anna Maria Island. Loggerhead Beach House is a ground level half duplex with 2 bedrooms, 1 and a half baths and its own private patio with lots of shade where you can enjoy the heated pool and outdoor shower. You can enjoy a day at the beach with the provided beach wagon, chairs and umbrella located in the garage. Inside you will find the fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 4 is open to the spacious living area for easy entertaining. In the evening you can retreat to the master suite where you will enjoy the comfortable king size bed complete with 600 thread count prima cotton wrinkle free sheets. Linens, towels and beach towels are included in this house.

For an additional cost, we offer GEM cars among other services. Rest assured we are here to assist as needed in the most efficient manner possible. This was out first time visiting Anna Maria Island and it won't be our last. This property was perfect for our needs with it being pet friendly and having a child that wanted to use the pool after a long day at the beach. The location is EXCELLENT. A quick walk to the beach which is not overly crowded and everything you need for the beach is supplied. The property was very clean which was impressive considering I couldn't keep up with the sand myself while there! I highly recommend this property based on location, cleanliness and amenities provided. Communication with the host is easy via text and the check-in was seemless! I recommend renting bicycles and exploring the island. Sunsets on the beach and ice cream every night was our favorite activity! Enjoy!

A cute and clean little home just a short walk to the beach. Has a small private pool my that my kids enjoyed. One of the things I liked most was the walking distance to the beach with a provided wagon, beach chairs, and a umbrella.

Property management was amazing, communication was excellent and the property itself was absolutely beautiful. I can't say enough good things, we enjoyed it so much that we already have booked two more stays in the next 12 months.

We enjoyed our time at the Loggerhead Beach House. Some items of note for future might be to provide better upgraded TV channels plus the TV itself was of poor quality. There were little things like the soap dispensers were not refreshed when we arrived, nothing to clean counter tops was found just wipes. Two upright chairs could be provided with backs just outside doors as outer furniture, apart from chaise loungers, not comfortable at all and not easy to move when rain came. We found the pool to be a little chilly so swimming in it was limited. Mostly it was great but just those little items would make it much easier. It also should be noted in write=ups that the garage is very small. We have stayed in several places in Holmes Beach and value for money this was not the greatest.
