About this villa rental
To be able to spend a holiday in a villa by the sea is the dream of any traveller. Marina Baladrar is a paradise that invites you to get lost in its natural beauty and find peace in every wave that reaches the coast.
The villa is located in Cala Baladrar, on the picturesque coast of Benissa, a beautiful town between Valencia and Alicante, on the Costa Blanca, situated between the sea and the mountain.
Benissa offers a wide range of cultural and tourist activities to enjoy both in its historic centre and along its coastline, such as several mountain routes, three sections of ecological walkway, and multiple snorkelling routes in its coves.
Surrounded by stunning panoramic views of the sea and the Ifach rock, with its own access to a beach with crystal-clear waters, it is a true privilege to enjoy the impressive sunsets or dinners under the stars.
This splendid Mediterranean-style villa is distributed over two floors. It features a spacious living room with ancient ceramic floors, present throughout the house, wooden beams, built-in shelves and white walls, which give it a rustic character, respecting the architectural tradition. The fireplace provides warmth during cool nights and the large windows with impressive sea views allow natural light to flood the space, creating a sense of spaciousness and brightness.
The reading corner next to a panoramic window becomes the perfect place to get lost with a good book while listening to the sound of the waves.
In the dining area, there is a new and modern fully equipped kitchen, and a table for 8 diners.
On the ground floor we have four bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, views of the sea and the Peñón Ifach, two others with a single bed and the last one with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, which is accessed by a wooden staircase in the living room, there is a bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a terrace with incredible views.
The terrace and barbecue of the villa become a magnificent place to enjoy incredible sea views, with its private pool with panoramic views, it is an oasis of tranquillity and beauty, the perfect place to relax and enjoy in company.
The soft sound of waves breaking on the coast blends with the salty aroma of the sea, creating a calm and serene atmosphere. The sea stretches as far as the eye can see, with shades of blue merging with the sky on the horizon.
They can see sailing boats and yachts navigating in the distance, adding a touch of elegance to the scene.

We were a group of 5 on a cycling holiday in the area. The house has an updated kitchen and interior. The patio was where we spent most of our time and it delivered. We had a couple of BBQs on the veranda. Small beds for large people but we made it work. Unmatched views and access to the beach is excellent. Lots of good local restaurants, grocery, and shops within walking distance. Easy access to great rides that Calpe is so well known for.

The view was wonderful as the picture shows uninterrupted views of the sea. The villa needed in our opinion some updating including some of the electrical appliances and also crockery etc

Ein sehr schönes Haus für bis zu 8 Personen direkt am Meer mit großzügiger Terrasse, Pool und Grill. Über eine kleine Treppe kommt man unmittelbar zum darunter liegenden steilen Ufer. Etwa 100 m entfernt ist ein kleiner Steinstrand. In Blickweite ist die Stadt Calp. Besonders nachts sehr schön anzusehen. Ein Einkaufsmarkt mit reichhaltigem Angebot ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Haus hat alles was notwendig ist und ist geräumig genug, dass man sich auch mal zurück ziehen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We loved our week at this villa! Right on the water, with the ocean breeze and a nice seating area in the shade. Close to some great beaches, Moraira, many water sports and restaurants. It was warm at night so would have been great to have fans in every room. Also would have been nice if hand soap, shampoo, beach towels, laundry detergent etc were provided to get us started - we had to shop for all the basics. But overall a great week.
