At the north of Cefalonia, near Fiscardo (about 3km), there is the Tselendata village, the home of Nostos Residence.
An old family house of 185 years, has been restored recently and now awaits you and your family to come and enjoy the hospitality of our country. The house has two fully equipped apartments (refrigerator , kitchen, bathroom , etc. ) and each accommodates up to four people. The house has a patio that is safe for tenants with young children. We have child-safe doors and railings, suitable for young children. Each apartment has a separate balcony. On the way to Fiskardo is the beach of Foki . A beautiful small beach near where olives trees keep you shade. Near the beach there is a restaurant where if you want to eat after your bath. Close to Tselendata have the possibility of many dining options if you do not want to cook in the kitchens available in the apartments.
The apartment Terra is a two floor apartment sleeping 4 people , has 2 bathrooms.The first bedroom has a double bed through this room you have access to the balcony at the back of the house.
Leaving this room you enter the kitchen area , where you will find a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator , microwave and dining area.
Near the bedroom there is a bathroom.
In the lower portion of Terra there are two built-in beds that are in a cool place in the summer , also the guest of this section available separate bathroom.There is also access to the backyard.
Air conditioning is provided by using fans.

We had a wonderful weeklong stay. The location was perfect and we really preferred the apartment to options like hotels to get a real sense of what it's like to live on Kefalonia. The apartment was very clean and the host saw to all our needs, including setting up lots of fans to help deal with the heat. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we need to cook when needed and a large fridge for keeping water cold. The balcony was a great place to hang out. The cats and geckos added extra charm. The only major disappointment was the poor wifi signal only available in certain corners of the place, which had been a key reason we booked this place so that one member of our group could keep up with work demands, which were impacted as a result. Parking is definitely a challenge due to lack of spaces and narrowness of the driveway but the neighbors were nice about things and we made due. In the US, VRBO ads promise that hosts do not live on site but in this case the host live in the adjoining apartment. We had not expected this but he is kind, charming, and highly intelligent and we enjoyed some great conversations. Those looking for more nightlife and people watching may enjoy Argostoli more than this area near Fiskardo, which is also very touristy but smaller and more remote (which suited us perfectly). We really loved the taverna at Foki Beach and swimming at Myrtos and our boat tour to Ithaca. Thank you Theo!

A decent walk down to friskardo which can be off the road. A torch needed if at night. With great photo frames set about the little villa giving it a relaxed feel. An unusual layout make the stay a great choice. We loved our stay.
