The Villa is located between the 2 most famous beaches of Skiathos: Koukounaries and Banana Beach, only 300 meters walking distance. The villa has a private road leading up to the property, undisturbed by tourism traffic.
Located on a hill side it offers views to Koukounaries bay, its unbelievable blue waters and green mountains of Evia in the distance. The gardens and the pool offer a private oasis, where everybody can relax, sunbath, swim and read for endless hours.
The main villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping 6 people comfortably. There is an atmospheric kitchen, fully equipped, and a spacious living room with fire place.
Next to the villa is an annex, with a living area and 4 bedrooms, 2 of them are located on a loft. Here another 8 people can sleep. This is an ideal villa to rent if you like to invite friends or family to come and visit you.

Summary of reviewsVery nice reception, everything was clean. Great view, great pool, BBQ available, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of bedrooms. Each of us could find our own seating area in the garden. There's even a pool bar with a fridge and sound system. A completely positive stay!

Sehr netter Empfang, es war alles sauber. Super Aussicht, super Pool, es gab einen Grill, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es gibt genügend Schlafzimmer. Wir waren zu sechst hier und jeder konnte sich im Garten seine eigene Sitzecke suchen. Sogar eine Poolbar mit Kühlschrank und Soundanlage war vorhanden. Wir waren zum arbeiten auf Skiathos und haben es sehr genossen in dieser Hotelalternative untergekommen zu sein. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Auf dem Grundstück wohnt noch ein Pärchen welches sich um alles kümmert. Die beiden waren super nett und zuvorkommend! Ein rundum positiver Aufenthalt!
