About this apartment rental

The Carriage House is a cute and comfortable home-away-from-home that is convenient to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and Wilmington’s events facilities. First-floor apartment has a full kitchen with microwave, range, full-size refrigerator, and the necessities for cooking. There is a comfortable queen-size bed in one bedroom and a full-size bed in the other bedroom. Each bedroom has a smart T and DVD player.
The apartment has high-speed, fiber-optic WiFi.
Relax in the open living room or on the covered porch. Off-street parking available.
There is a washer and dryer in the apartment.
The Carriage House is located:

Eileen is the best! We have stayed here now multiple times with hopefully more times to come! Every thing you need is there, it’s quiet, convenient and her baking goodies are fought over who can get to them first lol! Wonderful caring and thoughtful owner !
