The Carriage House is a cute and comfortable home-away-from-home that is convenient to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and Wilmington’s events facilities. First-floor apartment has a full kitchen with microwave, range, full-size refrigerator, and the necessities for cooking. There is a comfortable queen-size bed in one bedroom and a full-size bed in the other bedroom. Each bedroom has a smart T and DVD player.
The apartment has high-speed, fiber-optic WiFi.
Relax in the open living room or on the covered porch. Off-street parking available.

It was laid out great for our family. All open. Owner has laundry soap which was nice and unexpected.

We had a wonderful stay. Things were clean, comfortable and the kitchen was definitely well supplied! I would definitely recommend staying here.
