About this house rental
Wonderful location on Long Sands Beach. Beautiful sunsets await you as you stroll along this scenic sandy beach. Two- story comfortable cottage boasts ocean views from the second floor deck. Deck chairs and a gas grill are in enclosed grassy side yard.
Ceiling fans, TV's (bedrooms/LR) and a large fully applianced kitchen ( seats 6-8). Parking for two cars! Kitchen, bath and bedroom on first floor. Second floor has carpeted second bedroom , 1/2 bath and large living room with large deck with great Ocean view!!! Walk to restaurants, downtown, movies etc. Fresh lobsters sold on piers can be home- cooked for a down east lobster bake! Sheets and towels are not provided.

Although it’s across from the beach, this cottage’s location down a driveway between the cottages on the road makes it safer for children. A highlight is the balcony from which you can see the water. The fact that the cottage can sleep up to eight is also a plus. This was a good space for four adults and two children. My daughter, her husband and two kids slept upstairs and my husband and I had the downstairs bedroom. The only caveat is the steep stairs. The balcony has an adequate railing but the stair railing is not as substantial, especially when it comes to toddlers.

The mattresses were very comfortable we all slept greattttt!!!!!We were a bit disappointed with the floors they were very dirty, our socks got black. Having kitchen and living room on different floors was odd for us. The owners were very nice to deal with.
