About this apartment rental
This newly renovated apartment offers spectacular panoramic view of the city and sea. You can look down over the cityscape of Nice, the Baie des Anges, port and the old castle. The closest beach is approx. a 5 minute walk while a 10 minute stroll takes you down to the port and into the old town of Nice. Some excellent restaurants, hot nightspots and evening entertainment are all within easy walking distance. Also close by, a 10 minute walk is a large supermarket or within a few minutes you will find a mini-market providing the basic essentials. A communal pool with separate kiddies’ pool is located within the grounds and the apartment also has a private parking space in the underground car park. The accommodation includes a good size balcony with dining table and chairs. There is a new bathroom with shower and toilet. The modern kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven and induction stove.
The pool is open 15 April to 30 October.
One set of bedlinen and towels for 1 double bed (2 people) are included in the price. Supplementary bedlinen and towels for the sofa bed will be provided for €30.
Early & late arrivals can be accommodated 24/7, fees as follows:
8am-6pm No charge
6pm-10pm €30
10pm-8am €50
Our Concierge will meet you in front of the building, where the apartment is located, to hand over the keys to you. She will explain where everything is and how everything works. She can be contacted anytime throughout the stay. We are also available as a backup.

We stayed at the apartment for a four night break. It was perfect: clean, well-equipped and in an ideal location. The view from the balcony was wonderful and it was only a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Old Nice. The pool was a welcome addition as the weather was very hot. Odette, our host was friendly and helpful. We had a very reaxing time and highly recommend this accommodation.

We arrived at night and found the place to be very clean and well kept. The concierge Brigitte made herself available even though we were 4 hours late due to flight being diverted because of problems at Nice airport. Turn right and walk down the hill to the port (5-10 minutes) and you have good bars and restaurants to choose from, the town centre is not too far beyond. Its not the most centrally located apartment you could find in Nice, but that's not a big problem as the town is walkable, the buses are good and you wouldn't get the great views that this place gives you from the balcony if you were closer to the centre. Bus stop right outside for Villeneuve-sur franche and Monaco. We needed to get away from a gloomy England during the autumn (October) and the Nice climate together with this place did the job very nicely.
