Our hostess, Frau Geggenfurtner, was super friendly and very patient because, due to traveling problems, we were very late in arriving. The apartment is spotlessly clean, bright and tastefully-furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped and practical with a full oven, a dishwasher and enough dishes to make using it worthwhile. Beds were very comfy. The shower was sufficiently spacious and hot water good. Close to a U-bahn station and bus service. The stairs up to the apartment are very narrow so be careful, especially with luggage. The sliding front door is a little unusual but we got used to it pretty easily.

With my wife and grown daughter we really enjoyed our stay in Munich. The apartment is very conveniently located in a quiet street (on the third floor with no elevator) and just a couple of minutes of walking from the subway stop. There is also a well stocked ALDI grocery store nearby.
The kitchen was well equipped to prepare food, we had a meal every day “at home”. The living room can be used as a second bedroom, which was great for our family. We slept well in the comfortable beds. The whole apartment is very clean, and the owner is very helpful.
This rental is a very good value for the price, and we would happily stay there again.

This quiet, cozy apartment was a very comfortable home away from home and proved a convenient base to explore Munich. It is a short walk to public transit and there are cafes, restaurants and grocery stores all within easy walking distance. I would add that the owner was especially friendly and very helpful which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Wir ( 2 Personen) waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Wohnung! Alles was man braucht war in guter Qualität vorhanden! Getränkemarkt und Discounter fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Betten sind auch für "Schwergewichte" geeignet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig, aber dennoch liebevoll eingerichtet
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich (kleine Geburtstagsüberraschung) und hilfsbereit. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind mit wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Wir sind immer in die Buslinie 52 eingestiegen. Sie fährt vom Marienplatz zum Tierpark Hellabrunn. Man fährt also direkt ins "Herz" ( Marienplatz) von München.
