Apartment for 2 persons (max 3 adults with extra bed), about 32 sqm. Very quiet, separate access, view of the countryside, bathroom with shower, small kitchen in the living room / bedroom. Extra bed available for third person for additional fee. Good transport connection. Bus, underground and S-Bahn and various shopping opportunities are within a few minutes walk. The journey to the city center takes 15 to 20 minutes by public transport. Very good connection to A95 (direction Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Starnberg) A96 (direction Lindau and Stuttgart) and A8 (direction Salzburg),

This was the perfect sized space for my husband and I. Everything we needed for our few days in Munich and the location was convenient to everything. Host was extremely responsive to communications. Would stay again.

Albert's place was very clean and comfortable with all the basic amenities. It is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop which can get you everywhere in Munich. We purchased a multi-day pass that gave us unlimited bus/train service while we were there. Albert greeted us upon arrival, although he also offered a self service option if needed. We highly recommend his place for 1 or 2 people.
