Villa Iguana complete with car SUV

Our stay at Villa Iguana was nothing short of fantastic. From start to finish, it was a perfect getaway.Petra was the absolute best host! She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. Her local recommendations were spot-on and really made our trip special.The pool was incredible – clean, refreshing, and the ideal place to relax after a day of exploring. We spent many happy hours there!The location was very good for our needs; it felt peaceful and private yet was still conveniently close to local attractions and amenities.Most impressively, they truly thought of everything. The villa was beautifully equipped, spotlessly clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel completely at home.I cannot recommend Villa Iguana highly enough. We left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and sincerely hope they will have us back again! Thank you, Mike, for a wonderful stay.

Petra and Ben were great., they were at our beckon call at alll times. The villa was clean and the location was excellant. The truck that is included with the villa is high end.

House is a very nice 3 bedroom home, centrally located on the island. It could use a few upgrades and some TLC, but still very nice. If you're there for a week or so you will love it. (we were there just over a month) Two biggest drawbacks for us, was the lack of air conditioning in the main body of the house (only the bedrooms have a/c). A/C unit in the master bedroom worked great. # 2) the television service. TV had probably 200 (English speaking) channels - but getting any single channel to come in, (or not freeze up) was a challenge. Very, very frustrating as that is normally our primary source of entertainment in the evenings. (I brought this up to the property manager and he said there was not a lot he could do about it at the time. He did say he would look into when I brought it up again when we were leaving) House also has a small pool that was a godsend - we used it everyday. Plenty of privacy and it's right there. (be careful when you get out, or after rain, as tile gets very slick when wet) Enjoyed a lot of time on the back patio, but you will need to take precaution as mosquito's were very thick for an hour or two around sunset. House is almost straight in line with the airport runways - so there is a LOT of plane traffic - not a huge distraction, but it goes on from about 07:00 - 22:30, pretty much every day. (Was kind of fun though watching the big jets) There is some traffic noise from nearby highway - again, not a huge distraction, but should be aware of it. House comes with a large SUV - looks great, runs good and gets very good mileage (diesel) House also comes with a small propane grill that works well. A printer is also available and is a nice added convenience for your printing needs. I struggle to give this a 4 star because of the A/C and TV issues - but it is still a really nice place - the pool pushed it up to the 4th star for me.
