Locatie hele dag zon. Voldoende schaduwplek. En met de zon op het zwembad prima temperatuur water. Voorzieningen, villa, keuken, bestek, en apparatuur erg goed geregeld in de villa. Tenslotte glasvezel internet. WIFI Erg goed.
Niet veel en niet om te klagen maar het kan erg warm zijn op het eiland en de woonkamer warmt erg snel op zonder airco. Het is te doen met airco van slaapkamer beneden en ventilatoren.

De locatie is echt top! Een hele mooie woning. De kamer indelingen inclusief een badkamer voor iedere slaapkamer ook echt ideaal!
En een hele lieve, behulpzame gastvrouw.
Stroomverbruik, de woning is warm aanzich hierdoor dien jezelf voor verkoeling binnen te zorgen. Waardoor je stroomverbruik boven gemiddeld uitkomt.

Centrally located and new property and lovely amenities with nice modern furniture.
There is still quite a bit of construction of other houses being built at the top of the same street and behind the street where I was located so still a lot of workmen and construction noise happening in the area. In addition, the house adjacent to mine had workmen doing drilling, general maintenance and painting so there was an invasion of privacy and construction nuisance ongoing. However the management did reach out to the owner of that property asking for construction to cease over the weekend. Response from management was first class. Hopefully when that property is completed, this villa would be an ideal vacation home.
