About this cottage rental

We are proud to offer our newly built (2025) rear cottage for weekly rentals mid May-mid October featuring 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twins), living room, fully equipped kitchen, bath (shower only), as well as both ceiling fans and/or full HVAC for climate control. Guests can enjoy a private patio and backyard area. Another great feature is free off street parking for up to 2 cars so no hassle with $$ paid parking at the Footbridge Beach lot! Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided but you will need to supply your own beach towels.

This is a seven (7) night rental, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrive anytime after 3PM and depart the following Saturday by 10AM. This is a smoke free cottage and please, no pets.

Cozy cottage in the perfect location. No need to pay for parking at the best beach with this cottage. Walking distance to great restaurants as well.

This is my second stay. It is small and quaint but well equip and so close to the beach!!

Perfect little cottage for myself and my teenage daughters. Close to the beach, clean and the backyard was just lovely for sipping coffee and working remotely. Hosts were wonderful! We had an amazing week!
