About this house rental
This cute house on Ocean St is a 2 minute walk to beautiful Footbridge Beach. The house has one bedroom, one bathroom, living room, kitchen with dining area and screened in porch. Updates include a new kitchen, queen mattress, headboard, bedding, pull out queen sleep sofa, pull out full sleep sofa, 48" flat screen TV, recessed lighting and refrigerator. There are air conditioners in the bedroom and living room.
There is a shed in the yard that is equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, fishing pole, sand toys as well as a beach buggy for easy travel to the beach. A gas grill is also available for use.
Unique lot with separate (detached) two bedroom house (VRBO listing #1474809) on same parcel. Renting both together would be a great set up for multiple generation families or with friends. Together, the 2 houses can accommodate up to 9 people.
Located in the quiet Footbridge Beach neighborhood of Ogunquit. The house is in an ideal location with only steps to Footbridge Beach and the tidal river allowing endless recreation opportunities for all ages. Bring or rent your stand up paddle board or kayak. Very clean and well maintained property. Proximity to the beach was excellent, with the host providing all of the necessary beach equipment. The host reached out to us well in advance of our stay with check in and information about the property.We would recommend the property to our family and friends.

This small cottage was in excellent condition; the side porch was a great bonus! Nice and close to the beach. Comfortable bed (even the sofa), and easy communications with the owners.

Steve and Margi clearly thought of everything when it came to a rental! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay, including the tide schedule! The house is perfect for a small family, or a couple. It is perfectly decorated and definitely had a beach feel to it. The pull out couch and bed we’re both very comfortable. Our family of 4 ( 2 adults, 2 kids) fit perfectly.Steve and Margi gave us their cell phone numbers, and made sure to check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.This is a great rental, I highly recommend It!
