About this villa rental
3 bedroom detached villa (sleeps 6) with private pool and garden ready for summer 2008. Set in an exclusive new development of individually designed properties overlooking the spectacular views of the hills and villages of the Peyia/Kissonerga area, as well as Banana Bay. Located just a 5 minute walk from all of the local amenities that Coral Bay Resort has to offer including quality restaurants, tavernas, beach bars, banks and boutiques. The best sandy beach in the area is within a 10 minute walk. A regular bus service runs from Coral Bay village to Paphos old town and harbour, with its bustling markets, shops and sea front tavernas, as well as carting, Aphrodite Water park and the historic Tomb of the Kings attraction. This villa has been decorated and finished to a high standard with elegant interiors and includes all the home comforts you would expect.

The villa was very beautiful, we had an easy check in and David was also able to assist us with an earlier check in which really helped. The house had large rooms with lots of wardrobe space, the beds were very comfortable and you are provided with one towel per person so I would recommend bringing towels for the pool.
It was a 5 minute walk to Coral Bay, there is a hill which you have to walk up which is ok if your able to walk easily. Coming back is downhill so no problem. You have many bars / restaurants there which are all great!
Your a 15/20min walk from the beach and you can also catch a bus to the beach and also the harbour. Overall its a great location for getting around.
We really enjoyed our stay here so we would definitely recommend, thanks again!

Well equipped and clean, fabulous pool and outside areas, position of villa ensures you get the sun all day.
Car not essential but advised.

Very central to the main strip just a short walk away of about 5 min although it is uphill. easy coming back down though after a good night out, nice private pool not too overlooked, realy enjoyed our 2 week stay.

This villa is very nice but unfortunately not totally well maintained. When we arrived there was a problem with the keypad (the Letting Agent had supplied the incorrect code) and there was no light above the door making it difficult to eventually put in the correct code. There were lights not working inside which we put right.The door handle was broken - (once again the Letting Agent repaired this). The villa needs painting inside and out to make it brighter. There were 3 sunbeds advertised (the villa sleeps 6) but 2 of these were broken and discarded to the side of the villa - the Letting Agent supplied another one. The upper patio is advertised as having cane furniture(another mis-advertisement) but this was missing - the owner informed the Letting Agent that this had been stolen (!) and then when questioned about the sunbeds advised he was selling the property and did not want to spend any more money. The dining room chairs are past their best however this was not a problem to us as we were outdoors most of the time. The pillows are very inferior - the Letting Agent (once again) brought us two new pillows but there were no spare pillowcases. On a positive note all the appliances worked well, the couches and beds are comfortable and the TV worked (no sky channels) and we all had a brilliant time. It's a shame that the above occurred but it did not spoil our holiday. The villa is in a great location and the view was spectacular over to the hills
