Die Wohnung ist sehr reichhaltig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Das Besteck ist etwas knapp bemessen, wenn man den Geschirrspüler benutzt.
Das Haus liegt am Berg über dem See, entsprechend schön ist die Aussicht.
