You will feel like you are at a resort in this 2 bedroom, renovated townhouse which overlooks a lily pond with fountains and night-lit bridges. A short 4-minute stroll through beautifully landscaped gardens and you will be welcomed by a gorgeous 7-mile sandy beach. We provide beach chairs, umbrella and a cart so you can easily enjoy the day at this quieter part of the beach.

As a guest of the 10 acre Ocean Park Meadows townhouse complex, your children may want to play in the outdoor saltwater pool while you lounge in the comfortable chairs and under the shade of the umbrellas. You may want to work out in the gym, enjoy a sauna, relax by the gas fireplace in the clubhouse or play unlimited tennis.

This second and third-floor townhouse is peaceful with no one above you. The main floor has a clean and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your meals. The open concept first floor has a dining room, a convenient bathroom and relaxing living room. Enjoy the large flat screen TV. Dine inside or BBQ and dine on the scenic deck while the water fountains sound relaxes you. Enjoy the water view from every air-conditioned room.

The upper level has a large master bedroom, a full luxurious bathroom, and a beautiful second bedroom.

Even with children, you can walk or bike to a large variety of restaurants, the amusement park, mini golf, arcades, beach shops, ice cream parlors and more. A short car ride and you have even more restaurant choices, golf courses, water sports, parasailing and so much shopping.

Please note that rentals are Saturday to Saturday stays and must always be in multiples of 7 days.
