Large duplex with terrace and solarium, located 10 minutes from the beach and close to leisure areas, restaurants and services. The house is located in a quiet urbanization, with swimming pools, multisport track and playground. With bus stop 100 meters from the door of the urbanization. Exceptional enclave between the cities of Elche and Alicante, 10 km from the airport.
The accommodation has 2 rooms, ideal for 4 people with the possibility of extending up to 6 guests.
It consists of 3 floors with terrace, two solariums, porch and outdoor garden area. Air conditioning with heat pump both in living room and in rooms.
On the ground floor we find the living room with a double sofa bed, independent kitchen with complete equipment, shower room and gallery with washing machine. It also has a garden area with barbecue.
On the first floor we find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two beds. Full bathroom and another terrace where you can enjoy the sunny climate of the area.
On the third floor there are two more solariums.

The house is in a quiet urbanization with parking. It has 3 communal pools of different sizes, gardens, playground, beach bar and sports court. With direct access to the Sierra de Santa Pola from the urbanization, where you can go hiking or biking.

I totally missed the part about a pool! In fact, there are three pools in the same area, that are salt water- amazing water temperature like a bath. So nice!
The house is exactly as expected in the pictures- great air conditioning and very roomy for us. Within walking distance, there are grocery stores and bakeries so you don’t necessarily need to drive much. We had 4 people- two adults and two young kids (3,7) and it was plenty of room. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great locations, clean and tidy property, property manager did a fantastic job on our check in and was always prompt with communication throughout. Property was as listing stated. Loved our stay at this place.

We spent a wonderful 2 months period in Beatriz' and Alberto's house in Brisamar (Gran Alacant). It's spacious, welcoming and well equipped for longer stays. Dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, watercooker, enough utensils, glasses and cutlery made life (and home cooking) simple and easy, just what you wish for your holiday. And in case something lacked, we just let them know and they promptly took care of it. Also on another occcasion Beatriz and Alberto proved to be perfect hosts. When one afternoon the warm water boiler broke down, they immediately took action and the next morning a new boiler was installed. No time wasted, no fuss!
The house itself has two bedrooms, one with a large double bed and a smaller one with two single beds, all having good quality matrasses, two bathrooms, one on the first floor with bath and one downstairs with a shower. However, what really catches the eye are the outside spaces. Next to a terrace on the ground floor in front of the house, it has 3 solaria, one the first floor and two on the second.
Brisamar is situated next to the "Sierra de Santa Pola", a huge and beautiful nature reserve between Santa Pola and Gran Alacant, where you can walk for miles and only meet the odd mountainbiker or wanderer. Only a few hundred meters from the house, there is an entrance to the Sierra. We must say that we had the luck to be there in spring, when the whole sierra turns into a sea of flowers.
Staying on top of a cliff means that the sea looks very near and here and there you can have splendid seaviews, but that it's still about 2,5 kms. to reach the nearest beach. This beach, called Carabassi, is a wonderful long sandy beach behind a protected dune area. For swimming, you can also choose for the communal swimming pool of Brisamar, which is open from June to September.
Around Brisamar you find a small supermarket and several other shops, bars and restaurants. For stocking you might opt for the three big supermarkets in the Gran Alacant shopping mall, some 3 kms from Brisamar.
Having a car is an advantage, but not indispensable. There is a circular bus line that runs through Gran Alacant. With that bus you can reach the beaches as well as the shopping mall. Besides there are bus connections to Santa Pola, Elche and Alicante.
Not least because of the attentiveness of Beatriz' and Alberto this house is the perfect choice for a careless sun vacation.
