This stylish apartment in the newly built thatched cottage with great loggia offers approximately 70 square meters space for 4 people + 1 (2) Baby (s) / toddler. It has two comfortably furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with shower, one with a large bathtub for two.
It is bright and friendly and is situated in a quiet location with view of the backwaters.
The entire living area is high, provided with attention to detail planned furnishings, luxurious yet homely holiday atmosphere creates, that leaves nothing to be desired. Massive wood, bright linen fabrics and fine natural materials are related to the specific nature of Usedom. Well-placed details and accessories create a cozy atmosphere that invites you to relax and replenish your energies.
An open kitchen with a counter can be cooking together an experience. Equipped with high quality brand built-in appliances, a Nespresso capsule machine, kettle, toaster and Mixkombigerät, everything is available to prepare delicious dishes.
An exciting and relaxing day ends with a glass of wine or tea by the fireplace from. The gas fireplace is easy to use. The apartment is also equipped with a Wii for the kids including games, a Bluetooth sound system that plays music via mobile phone and USB storage, TV with DVD recorder and free Wi-Fi. Likewise, several books for adults and children, and board games are available.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit exklusiver Ausstattung, aller sehr neuwertig und gepflegt. Wir haben einen tollen Kurzurlaub zum Jahreswechsel genossen, Danke an das gesamte Team.
